Compose a new article in Feed.Us

1. Make sure you're logged in to Feed.Us.  From the "Dashboard" click on the "Publishing" tab (near the Feed.Us logo).

The resulting page is your "List" page - of all your articles in Feed.Us.

2. From here click on the "Compose" tab.

3. Now you're on the "Compose" page.  It's a big blank canvas for you to start typing.  But it can be rather daunting, so here's an overview of your field options:

Category - every item belongs to a category.  For a better description of categories, please click here.

Title is the headline of your article. This is a required field.

Summary is the "teaser" or short version of the article.  This is an optional field.

Next is Body.  This is where you copy/paste or type your article.  For most sites, this will be the body text on your site's page.

(By default, the Body has a special editor (this can be added to other fields -- your's might have been setup differently).

Every item has a date and time "stamp" that defaults to when the article was started.  This can be changed to make content show up in the future.

6.  Make sure you "Save" when you're done. Feed.Us will take you then to the preview page.
