Creating a directory in Godaddy, part 2.
Some godaddy hosting have a different directory setup process.
It's suddenly a little more complicated. Or confusing. Regardless, here are the directions:
Once you've got your domain and ftp working, etc... then:
1. login to Godaddy's "Hosting Control Center". You need to first login to Godaddy, choose "my hosting account" in the "hosting" dropdown. Then select the domain you're trying to change.
2. In the options for the domain, choose the "Content" area (in the Hosting Control Center).
3. A list of all the directories folders and files should show. That's the file manager.
4. Click on "Create New Directory" along the left side.
5. Name the new directory "CachedWebContent" (all one word) and hit ok.
6. The new directory (CachedWebContent) should now show in the list of files.
7. click the check box to the left and click the "permissions" graphic near the top-right of the page.
8. Un-check the checkbox for "inherit" and then check the boxes for "Read" and "Write".
9. Click "ok". You should be set.
