Setup Feed.Us on Godaddy

Feed.Us was made to work on any servers - especially cheap hosting.

Feed.Us works by using a local directory setup for read, write and web access.  Here is how to setup the directory in Godaddy's Windows/asp/asp.net hosting to work with Feed.Us:

1. Login to the main Godaddy login.  (Godaddy is confusing.  There are separate logins for everything.  Just start at the homepage.)

2. Select 'My Hosting Account' under 'Hosting & Servers'.

3. Choose the hosting plan that you're going to setup with Feed.Us.  Click 'Open'.

4.  On the resulting page, go to the 'Content' tab and select "IIS management" (formerly "Directory Management").

5.  Click "Create Directory".

6.  Type "CachedWebContent" and select "read", "write" and "web"  permissions.

7. Click Continue, and then confirm your choices.

8. Takes about 10 minutes to setup on Godaddy's end.
